Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photos if applicable

Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging where possible
  • Reported within the allowed return period

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, clearance, or other product-specific reasons.

Refunds

If a return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

We may not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Compatibility issues not checked before purchase
  • Return requests made outside the allowed timeframe
