Subaru has just announced that they are offering a leasing deal for their 2023 Solterra Premium. This deal requires zero down payment and $241 per month for 36 months, plus tax and license fees. This marks a significant $158 reduction from the previous leasing deal of $399 per month, making it one of the most affordable options for leasing a passenger vehicle.
The Solterra is an all-wheel-drive electric crossover that can accommodate five passengers and has 23.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats. It boasts a range of 228 miles, accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 6.5 seconds, and offers 8.3 inches of ground clearance. Built on Toyota’s e-TGNA global battery-electric vehicle platform, it shares this platform with the Toyota bZ4x and Lexus RZ.
The availability of the 2023 model (MSRP $46,220) in Premium trim is currently limited, accounting for less than 2% of Solterra inventory. However, the 2024 model is more widely available and comes with new features such as hands-free driving under 25 mph and faster DC fast charging. At an average monthly lease cost of $329 per month, the 2024 Solterra Premium (MSRP $46,340) still offers great value compared to other EVs with similar lease terms.
