Tesla’s refreshed Model 3

Tesla has recently launched the redesigned Model 3 sedan, their entry-level sedan that has been one of their top sellers since its 2017 debut. This refresh comes after years of minimal changes, unlike other car manufacturers who update their models more frequently.

Leno praised the new Model 3 for its quality, performance, and affordability, starting at just under $40,000 for the base model with a range of 272 miles.

“The most impressive thing is it’s under $40,000. It really is everything my Model S is,” said Leno. “Just not as fast. Not as as big. But that’s OK.”

It’s worth noting that the dual-motor Model 3 Long Range, which Leno tested, exceeds the $40,000 price mark with enhanced performance and range, priced at $47,740 before incentives.

Leno consistently drew comparisons between the Model 3 and his Model S, emphasizing that the Model 3 still maintains a sense of quality and efficiency without feeling like a significant downgrade.

Tesla’s design updates for the Model 3, such as refreshed styling, interior enhancements, and improved efficiency, were much-needed and have breathed new life into one of their best-selling models.
