In December, global registrations of plug-in electric cars reached another all-time record, growing 23% from a year ago according to EV-Volumes. About 1,556,728 new passenger plug-in electric cars were registered globally, exceeding the previous November record of 1,385,104, with a market share of roughly 22%.
