Review of Gaia Mini SUV
Direct Order from Gaia themselves

Ordered a Gaia Solar New Energy Mini SUV model G-Benz as a demonstrator, and show car directly from Gaia, who are the manufacturers of this vehicle. The process was expected to be smooth but was riddled with issues right from the start.

The car ordering process did not go as planned. The 15-day delivery time promised by Gaia turned into a long 3-month wait. Additionally, the wrong model of the car was delivered, further complicating the situation. The incorrect model came with several issues, including a different motor type than what was ordered. This mistake led to a tussle with customs which resulted in added expenses and delays.

When finally inspecting the car, numerous issues were found, including a non-functioning generator, missing charging cable, and poor build quality such as faulty radio, broken handles, and poor paintwork.

The problems continued even after delivery, with issues such as incorrect motor type, non-functioning solar panel, defective braking system, and more. The overall quality of the car was unprofessionally put together and did not live up to expectations.
Poor Customer Service from Gaia
Despite admitting to their mistakes, Gaia refused to take responsibility for the errors and offered no amends for the subpar product or service. This experience has been a cautionary tale for anyone considering doing business with Gaia Solar new energy company.
